MARINO KULAS - Chairman

Mr. Kulas has been at the forefront of the international shipping container industry by way of terminal operations and container repair for over 25 years. He has extensive knowledge of the industry and long-standing relationships with top-tier international shipping lines.

 

 

PIETER EEKEL - Board Member

Mr. Eekel holds a Masters Degree in Nautical Engineering and has worked in the shipping container industry for over 41 years. He began his career in 1969 and has excelled as a sea-going engineer, a Technical Manager and Senior Technical Manager for the Danish shipping conglomerate Maersk.

 

ALEXANDER P. HAIG - Board Member

Mr. Haig brings over 20 years of executive management and legal experience to the Board. Since 1988, Mr. Haig has served as the managing director of Worldwide Associates, Inc., a strategic advisory and consulting firm working with both multi-national conglomerates and companies involved in the development of advanced technologies.

 

ANTHONY G. TOLDO - Board Member

Mr. Toldo brings over 30 years of executive management and manufacturing experience to the Board. Mr. Toldo co-founded Centoco in 1980, a company specializing in plastic injection molding. Centoco successfully developed numerous composite products as alternative solutions to wood and currently has manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
